We exclusively sell our bikes & Supra parts through Sensa resellers. Please check our dealer locator to find an official Sensa dealer near you.
Because every body is different it is almost impossible to give you the right size through the internet. Therefore, our advice is to contact your Sensa dealer or have a bikefitting done before you order your new Sensa.
You can download the brochure from our website or request it from one of our dealers.
We provide the geometry data of most of our bikes on the specific product page of that bike. We also provide our data to the most used bikefitting systems.
When your bike needs maintenance, you can make an appointment with the Sensa dealer. They have the right knowledge and tools to get your Sensa back in top condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot meet all sponsorship requests. That is why we choose a few riders & events each year that we support.

Warranty

If you have any questions about the warranty or to submit a warranty claim, please contact the Sensa dealer where you purchased the bicycle.
Yes we have a crash replacement service. This is a service to provide you with a new carbon frame and fork in case you had an accident. This exchange service is intended to provide an uncomplicated and cost-saving service for you following a crash resulting in damage to the carbon frame and/or carbon forks. Please contact your Sensa dealer for details and prices.
At the back of each manual and in the digital manual you will find our warranty conditions. Your dealer can also always help you with warranty questions.
